How close is The National to downtown amenities?
It's a short 10-minute walk to Old Town where you can find plenty of dining, entertainment, movies, and shopping!

Do I need renters' insurance?
It's not required but recommended. Our insurance covers the structure and property but does not include personal property. Renter's insurance would be beneficial for the resident and can cost as low as $10 per month.
-
What is the Resident Portal?
All of our residents and their co-signers have access to our online resident portal, which is a one-stop shop for everything related to your lease. You can pay rent, make maintenance requests, renew your lease, and more!
-
What kind of information is needed to process my rental application?
To complete an application, all future residents must provide a photo ID (driver's license, passport, visa, etc.), proof of income three times the rental amount, and a landlord reference (if applicable). Proof of income can be in the form of scholarships, loans, grants, or a co-signers income. The income needs to be three times the rent.
-
What lease terms are offered?
We offer 6, 9, and 12-month lease terms. For 12-month leases, there is no additional fee. For 9 months, there's a $15 extra charge per month, and for 6 months, it's $25 extra per month. You can opt to go month-to-month after your initial lease term expires, but the fee for that is $100 per month.
-
Are utilities included in the rent?
Internet, trash, sewer, and quarterly pest control are included. Electric needs to be put in the resident's name on or before the move-in date. Proof that it's been put in your name will be needed at move-in. If the service does not go into the resident's name on the date of move-in, there will be a bill back for those days that it's still in management's name. Water will be sub-metered, and management will bill the resident based on usage.
